Chef Joe Couldridge will be serving up a vibrant feasting menu that celebrates the best of British seasonal produce through an Italian lens. Joe brings a wealth of experience from acclaimed kitchens including Leroy, Hawksmoor, and Clarence Tavern, and currently leads the team at The Prince Arthur in London Fields.
